Bryan Jacoutot

Bryan Jacoutot focuses on civil litigation, appellate litigation, and government affairs. He primarily represents governments and elected officials in election matters involving constitutional law and claims made under the Voting Rights Act. He also represents clients in matters involving state and local election laws.


Bryan Tyson

Bryan Tyson is an election lawyer, focusing on representing governments, candidates, and companies in election and campaign finance matters. Throughout 2019 and 2020, he defended the Georgia election system against dozens of lawsuits and no case in which he was involved resulted in a court-ordered change to Georgia election laws. Currently, he is leading the effort to defend Georgia’s election system as a Special Assistant Attorney General and is advising multiple states on the process of redistricting.


Frank Strickland

Frank Strickland is an election and general practice lawyer. Among other cases, together with his late law partner Anne Lewis, Mr. Strickland was counsel in two redistricting cases decided in favor of their clients by the Supreme Court of the United States. He is currently involved in numerous pending election and voting rights cases. Mr. Strickland served as a member and chairman of the State Ethics Commission, now known as the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission, and two terms as a member of the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections.
